Dr. Sultan Mirza, MD is a board-certified, fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon and dermatologist. He received his undergraduate degree in biology from St. Olaf College and his medical degree from Mayo Clinic College of Medicine (Rochester, MN). He completed his Dermatology residency at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota before moving to Florida to pursue a year-long fellowship with specialized training in Mohs micrographic and reconstructive surgery at Florida State University. Upon completion of the fellowship, Dr. Mirza returned to Minnesota to work at Mayo Clinic Health System and served as an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.

Dr. Mirza specializes in detection and management of skin cancers. In addition to dermatologic surgery, he has extensive clinical research experience. He published his research in various scientific journals and presented research findings at national and international conferences.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing outside with his kids, exploring Florida’s beautiful nature and ocean coastline.
