Ralph E. Massullo Jr., MD
Dr. Ralph E. Massullo was born in Morgantown, West Virginia, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, graduating Magna Cum Laude from West Virginia University in 1979. He went on to receive his Doctor of Medicine from the West Virginia University School of Medicine in 1985. Following medical school, he completed an internship in the Departments of Medicine and Psychiatry at West Virginia University Hospitals, Inc., and then a residency in Dermatology at the same institution. Board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology since 1989, Dr. Massullo is licensed to practice medicine in West Virginia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Florida. He is a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners and has received numerous honors, including “Surgeon of the Year” in 1998 from the Florida Society of Dermatologic Surgeons. He is affiliated with various professional societies and has held multiple leadership roles, including President of the Florida Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the American Society for Mohs Surgery. In 2017, he was recognized with the Distinguished Service Award by the Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgeons for his exceptional contributions to the field. Dr. Massullo is currently accepting patients at the Lecanto and Ocala West locations.
