Brett Blake, MD

Brett Blake, M.D., is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic and reconstructive surgeon with over 17 years of experience. He received his Bachelor’s degree and Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Florida. Dr. Blake completed his internship at Brown University and his residency in Dermatology at Eastern Virginia Medical School. After completing his Dermatology residency he pursued a fellowship in Mohs Surgery at Virginia Commonwealth University.

During his years at the University of South Florida, he published many papers and physician-reviewed articles, participated in research studies to advance the field of dermatology, and donated countless hours to the American Academy of Dermatology and other medical organizations.

Dr. Blake is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and maintains memberships with the American Academy of Dermatology, American College of Mohs Surgery, and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery.

Outside of work, Dr. Blake enjoys spending time with his children. He enjoys traveling, brewing beer, adult sports leagues, mud run competitions and scuba diving.

Dr. Blake is currently accepting new patients in general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology at our Leesburg, Ocala, and Lecanto locations.
