Whitney DeLozier, MD was born in California and raised just down the road in St. Petersburg. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in journalism from the University of Florida and then went on to the University of South Florida for a second Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical science. She received her medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in 2009.Dr. DeLozier completed her Internal Medicine internship at the University of Pittsburgh and her dermatology residency at the University of Texas in Houston where she acted as Chief Resident during her final year. In between, she worked for two years in clinical research at the Center for Clinical Studies in Houston. During that time, she participated in more than 30 different clinical studies regarding new treatments for eczema, acne, psoriasis, genital warts, herpes, rosacea, shingles, and post-herpetic neuralgia. Dr. DeLozier has more than 30 dermatology industry publications in peer-reviewed journals and books chapters in addition to presentations at national, state, and local dermatology meetings.
Dr. DeLozier is board certified in Dermatology and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. DeLozier enjoys seeing patients of all ages. Her practice focuses on medical dermatology, cutaneous surgery, and cosmetic procedures.
In her free time, Dr. DeLozier enjoys traveling, hiking, and camping with her husband and children, participating in triathlons, and watching Gator football.

Jennifer Hickman, ARNP-C is a native Floridian, born and raised in Saint Petersburg, Florida. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Gerontology from the University of South Florida and an Associates of Arts in Nursing from Hillsborough Community College. Jennifer began her career as a registered nurse at Largo Medical Center. In February 2006 Jennifer joined Suncoast Skin Solutions as Charge Nurse, where she realized her passion for dermatology. While still working at Suncoast Skin Solutions, Jennifer decided to pursue her dream to become an ARNP-C specializing in Dermatology. She was fortunate to be accepted to the South University’s Masters of Nursing program. Jennifer graduated with her Masters of Science in Nursing in June 2016. Jennifer is a current member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Jennifer loves anything related to water sports such as fishing, boating, and paddle boarding. She is an avid reader, enjoys working out and spending time with her family. She is married and has two beautiful daughters and a playful Labrador retriever named Nala.

Ellen Toneff, MPAS, PA-C was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Florida where she graduated summa cum laude. She worked as a medical assistant while attending school and nearly 3 years after and found her passion for patient care and becoming a Physician Assistant. She again attended the University of Florida at their School of Physician Assistant Studies where she fell in love with Dermatology. She graduated with a 4.0 GPA, was inducted into the Pi Alpha (PA) national honors society and was awarded with “Outstanding Academic Student” as well as “The Award of Academic and Clinical Excellence in Physician Assistant Studies.” She is a proud member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants (FAPA) and the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA).Ellen is passionate about creating a strong bond between herself and her patients. She loves Dermatology because she believes that her patients should feel comfortable with their appearance no matter what medical diagnosis they are experiencing. She feels that there is a perfect balance between patient education, surgical procedures, and cosmetics treatments to create the beautiful art of medicine that is Dermatology.
Ellen enjoys running and training for races (the Gasparilla is her favorite!), rock climbing, Gator football, and spending time with her Fiancé and family.
